Meet the trainer
My Story
Hi, my name is Brendan Crowe, I’m a certified personal trainer with years of exercise experience.
I started my fitness journey as a teenager who weighed only 120lbs (at my height of 6’2″ that’s really underweight!). When I started out I needed to use two hands to even lift a gallon of milk! Like many people I started working out because I was insecure and unhappy with my body, I only really cared about improving my looks. However, after sticking with exercise I came to realize that strength and athleticism can do a lot more than just improve your appearance, and I credit exercise as the singular activity that has improved my quality of life more than anything else. Exercising regularly taught me how to move better, live better, and to appreciate my body for what it is and what it’s capable of.
Now I weigh a much healthier 185 lbs and can lift a gallon of milk with just my pinky! But, regardless of whether your goals are to gain muscle, lose fat, boost your strength, or just lead a healthier life: I’m here to help you.

About my training style
I offer a flexible, supportive, and realistic approach to fitness. Everyone likes different things and has different goals, so I try to create exercise programs that support those goals while being enjoyable and engaging for the participant. I put an emphasis on resistance training while still making sure the other aspects of fitness (such as cardio, mobility, and balance) get addressed properly as well. I focus on developing fundamental movement patterns that create a balanced physique and improve daily movement quality. My goal isn’t just to guide you through exercises but to teach you how to stay consistent, how to enjoy fitness, and how to stay fit anywhere.
