Sign up process:
Thanks for deciding to sign up to train, and congratulations on making a commitment to your health and well-being! Before we get started, there’s a few simple steps to make sure your training goes smoothly:
- First, download and fill out the PARQ+ pdf (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and email the completed file to brendancrowe@earthenstance.com
- Then, fill out the contact form below
- If your PARQ+ answers clear you for physical activity, we’ll send you a link to our payment page and we can get started! This is to ensure that you are able to safely participate before you pay for anything.
- If your answers don’t clear you for physical activity, don’t worry! You can simply seek additional medical clearance before participating. If you can’t obtain medical clearance, you can always come back later once you are able to be cleared.
- After payment has been received, we’ll get started with your training! We’ll direct you on how to download the Hevy app and continue from there!
