Refund Policy:
Due to the online nature of our services, refunds are generally not available after purchase. Exceptions may be given at the discretion of the trainer in the event that a refund is requested before any service has been provided. In the unlikely event that a client attempts to sign up for a training tier that no longer has space available, they will be refunded. Any and all refunds are ultimately provided at the discretion of the trainer.
Cancellation policy:
In the event that the trainer is unable to host a scheduled live session due to unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled.
Clients may request to reschedule their session up to 24 hours prior to the sessions scheduled start time.
Training programs can be cancelled at any time before the client’s next payment, and service will continue until the end of the current payment period
In the event that a client faces unexpected injury or illness preventing them from safely participating in an exercise program, their training program may be paused until they are medically cleared to return to exercise (maximum of six months). If six months is exceeded and the client is still unable to return to exercise, the client’s program will be cancelled, but they are free to resubscribe after getting medically cleared provided there is still space available.
These policies are subject to be changed or updated at any time.
Important note: When a live session has been scheduled, you have payed for a specific slot of time, not for a specific duration of time. Thus, if you arrive late or fail to show up within the allotted time, the session will still end as scheduled. This is because there may be clients with sessions scheduled immediately following yours.
