Custom fitness programming delivered through the Hevy app, without the live sessions! Perfect for people who want more independence in their training, consistent exercisers who just want a little extra guidance, or people who can’t set aside the time for a live video session every week.

Group workouts
Time effective full-body follow-along HIIT workouts plus mobility work delivered through Zoom! Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am – 11:45 am EST, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm EST. No equipment required!
Per session price:
Weekend workouts cost $25 per session, Tuesday and Wednesday workouts cost $20 per session
